1. Do we ship outside of the United States?
We ship worldwide, except to territories that restrict eLiquid shipments by law. This includes Arkansas, Utah, and Indiana.

2. What is your VG/PG ratio?
Our ratio is 80/20.
3. What procedures do we take to keep our juice clean?
All our concentrates and source chemicals are procured from reputable vendors, with full certificates of analysis. Our juices will never contain diacetyl.
Our lab procedures follow a GMP (Good Manufacturing Processes) which ensures consistent flavor, batch tracking, and overall quality. This all takes place at our manufacturing partner's ISO 5 laboratory.
An ISO 5 rated laboratory is two orders of magnitude cleaner than the industry standard ISO 7. What does this mean? Put simply the ISO 7 standard allows for 352,000 particles smaller than .5µm. The ISO 5 room our juice is made in allows only 3,520 particles >.5µm. Do you want to risk having 348,480 microscopic particles in your juice? We don't either!
4. How long before I receive my order?
We ship via USPS Priority and First Class Packages services. Shipping time for Priority orders takes 1-3 days and 2-4 days for First Class. As a general rule, orders of two 120mls or fewer will ship via First Class and anything greater will ship via First Class, unless you opt for a different option at checkout.
All orders placed on weekdays before 2pm Pacific ship same day. In rare circumstances, we may need additional processing time. If this is the case, we will notify you with an expected ship date.
5. What is your return policy?
We cannot accept returns due to the perishable nature of eLiquid. If you received damaged or the incorrect juice, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will promptly replace it!
