You'd think I would have already received my items if I'm being asked to review. Instead, I got some generic message from support about shipping taking longer than expected, when it's been 2 weeks and the package hasn't been marked as even moved from the original location...
I have items ordered after this, also shipped through USPS, that arrived a long time ago. My package is lost and I'm being told that it's a shipping volume delay.
Update: support team is responsive, so I'm upping my review. Still can't review the products since I haven't received them
