NOTICE: Where is my order?
12/1/2020: We have noted a significant uptick of delayed deliveries by USPS. This is unsurprising, because the week of Thanksgiving is the busiest online shopping week all year, and this year's online Black Friday sales volume for all online retailers is estimated to be 20-40% higher than last year.
If you ordered on or after November 19th and USPS tracking shows your shipment is delayed, has not updated for a while, or even does not show tracking updates at all - do not worry! The US Postal Service is sorting through an inordinate amount of packages, but they will get yours delivered soon.
If this is what your tracking info shows, contacting us will not move your package along more quickly. We cannot affect USPS's delivery times and do not have access to more tracking information than you.
