As you may have heard in the news, USPS is severely strained due to mismanagement, increased package volume, and COVID restrictions. Delays are common, but 99% of orders arrive without a hiccup. Please be patient.
We do not have access to more detailed tracking information than you do. In 99% of all cases, packages that are delayed get delivered. We cannot expedite delayed shipments. It has become increasingly common for USPS to mark shipments as delivered several days before they actually arrive.
